The following links provide information about different services that will support IEP students both before and during their transition to The Catholic University of America.
These services answer specific questions any IEP applicants or students have regarding the services they provide:
- Office of International Services (OIS) will be able to assist IEP students with any questions regarding immigration, as well as concerns with any cultural adjustment issues on campus. They organize regular workshops, parties, coffee hours, and luncheons for international students.
- Center for Cultural Engagement provides students with a safe space for encounter and accompaniment where lasting friendships that transcend international borders are formed.
- Housing Services will connect IEP students to both on campus and off-campus housing options, as well as answer any questions regarding the residence life communities at CUA.
- The Student Health Services provides primary health care to all students with an emphasis on health maintenance and illness prevention. IEP students will be able to see doctors and inquire about immunization, health insurance, and other health-related matters here.
- Disability Support Services provides accommodations and assists students including those in the IEP who have certified disabilities.
- Counseling Center provides confidential counseling services such as group therapy and psychiatric consultation to full-time CUA students.
- The Center for Academic Success (CAS) has a wide range of academic services including the writing center, all of which are designed to help students strengthen their skills and take an active role in their education.
