Applications and any supporting documents for an I-20 must be received at least 10 weeks before the beginning of the semester, which also serves as proof of admission.
The dates of study will be included in the I-20 form.
Applicants provisionally admitted to another program or department at Catholic University, who have an I-20 from that program must only fill out the application form and pay the application fee at least one week before the beginning of the semester.
Applicants to IEP must take the placement test which includes a $75 testing fee that must be paid before taking the test.
Students who arrive late or miss the testing dates cannot be assured of placement in the program, thus we suggest that students plan to arrive in the Washington, DC area at least one week before the beginning of classes.
